Healthcare Quality Across the Nation

An article from the Associated Press has a ranking of healthcare quality and access for the fifty states in the Union. The ranking was performed by the Commonwealth Fund, who reported it on October 8.

Here are the top qualifiers:

1. Vermont

2. Hawaii

3. Iowa

4. Minnesota

5. Maine

Massachusetts places in the 7th place, though it must be said that it ranks first in access to health care. The keyword here: Location! Location! Location! Oh... and what the rest of the country calls 'socialism,' 'communism,' 'socialized medicine,' or any of those very nice-sounding words....
